How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 5-10 business days. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.
Can I return an item I no longer want?
Yes, unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping for these returns is paid by the customer. Items used by pets cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
